PARALEGAL:

Julia has been in the legal field since 1999, and with this firm since 2001. She works very closely with the clients and with the firm in the organization and preparation of all family law litigation. She has close relationships with court staff within Marion and Polk Counties, numerous office staff in other law firms/offices, etc. Her experience in family matters has allowed her to develop skills comparable to many attorneys in the area of client relations, trial preparation, witness interviews, asset and income analysis and preparation of exhibits. Throughout the years, Julia has also assisted the firm in many of our personal injury cases along with criminal cases.

LEGAL ASSISTANT:

Amanda graduated with honors from Western Oregon University with her Bachelor of Science in Business and is planning on attending law school in the future. She started at the firm as an intern in March 2006 and is now a full-time Legal Assistant. She assists in all aspects of personal injury cases as well as the handling of domestic relations cases and criminal matters. Amanda is also involved in the technical aspects of the practice, including most software programs. Her background and experience allows her to handle many aspects of case management.
